Challenge Dutch Card Lovers

Deze week is het mijn beurt om de Challenge te bedenken en aangestoken door Marianne die ons uitdaagde 2 weken terug om een kaart in een andere vorm te maken dacht ik, ik doe ook eens iets anders. ;) Geen sketch deze keer maar een opdracht, en die is: Maak of versier een tasje.
Ik was al bezig met dit enveloptasje om de laatse restjes van dit papier op te maken, dus dat was dan 2 vliegen in één klap. :) Normaal gesproken koop ik altijd losse vellen designpapier en deze keer had ik een kleine Paperpack gekocht. En ik vindt dit schitterend papier van Prima Marketing en het formaat is precies goed voor het kaarten maken. Dus ik denk dat ik het vaker zal kopen. Alleen voor het scrappen zal ik toch de grote vellen gebruiken.
Ik ben weer heel benieuwd wat iedereen gaat maken. Bij de Challenge van Marianne waren zulke schitterende inzendingen en leuke ideeën dat ik hoop dat ik hier ook weer veel moois en leuks voorbij zie komen. Zo doen wij ook weer leuke ideeën op en leren van elkaar. :))
Maar hier is mijn uitwerking dan. ;)

This week it's my turn to make the Challenge. Inspired by Marianne from her Challenge 2 weeks ago where we had to make a card in a different shape, I wanted to do something different too. ;) No sketch this time but a Challenge and it is : Make or decorate a bag.
I was already working on a envelop bag, so I decided to combine this. :) Normally I always buy 12x12 designpapers, but this time I bought a little Paperpack from Prima Marketing and the size is just perfect for making cards. So I think I will but them more often. Only for scrapping I will use the 12x12 papers.
I can't wait to see what everyone will come up with. With Marianne her Challenge we saw some beautiful and amazing creations, so I really hope to see them again. I hope to get inspired by them and see lots of new ideas, this way we can learn and inspire eacht other. :))

Distressing

Deze week is het theme Distressing bij Delightful Challenges. Voor mijn kaart heb ik "Seal" en "Sealed with a Kiss" gebruikt. Bij het zoeken naar designpapier kwam ik deze tegen van Basic Grey die er perfect bij past met de zeekleuren en de waterdruppels. De achtergrond bij de tekst heb ik gekleurd met 4 kleuren Distress Inkt van Ranger. Ook deze passen uitstekend bij het papier. De buitenrand heb ik eerst bewerkt met de distresser en daarna beinkt met Ranger Distress Ink. Ik vindt dit zeehondje zo schattig. :))

This week the theme at Delightful Challenges is Distressing. For my card I used "Seal"and "Sealed with a Kiss". When I was looking for designpapers I came a cross these papers from Basic Grey, they were perfect for my card with the sea colours and water drups. I coloured the background of the sentiment with 4 colors Distress Ink from Ranger. They matched perfect with the colours of the designpapers. I distressed the edges of the outside paper with the distresser and inkt the edges with Distress Ink from Ranger. Isn't this Seal a cuty? :))

Mijn schoonzoon was jarig en daar moest ook een kaartje voor gemaakt worden. Hij is aan het sparen voor een fiets, dus dit kaartje is wel toepasselijk. ;) Ik had nog een stempeltje liggen met een fiets erop dus dat kwam goed uit.
De achtergrond heb ik bewerkt met Ranger Distress Ink en vervolgens de fietsen erop gestempeld. Het envelopje heb ik nadat ik het geembossed hebt ook met inkt bewerkt. De voorkant van het envelopje heb ik met een In Shape mal van Crealies gedaan. Verder is het kaartje heel simpel gehouden.

My son in law had his birtday last week so I had to make him a card. He is saving for a new bike so this stamp came in handy. ;)
I made the background with Distress Ink from Ranger and stamped the bikes on top. I embossed the envelop and distressed it with ink. The front of the envelop I made with a In Shape Mal from Crealies. I kept the card simple.

De nieuwe Challenge staat er weer op bij DZDoodles. Deze sketch heb ik gemaakt, eenvoudig en je kan er alle kanten mee op.

The new Challenge is up at DZDoodles. I made this sketch, a simple one and great for many occasions.

De afbeelding die ik op mijn kaart gebruikt hebt is de Freeby van deze Challenge en is op ons Challenge blog te vinden. Deze is te downloaden tot 11 Mei daarna is hij te vinden in de webwinkel. Dus wil je hem hebben wees er dan wel snel bij. ;)
Ook zoeken wij een Gastdesigner, dus lijkt je dit wat kijk dan maar eens op ons Challenge blog. ;)
Dit is mijn uitwerking geworden.

Deze week is het thema moederdag bij de Challenge van Creative Cowgirls en worden wij gesponsord door Prairy Fairy. Alle DT leden hebben een afbeelding gekregen om mee te werken en ik kreeg Little Miss Mousy. Echt een droppie. :)
Ik heb de kaart neutraal gehouden zodat ik hem ook voor andere gelegenheden kan gebruiken. ;) De bloem heb ik gemaakt met lint en vervolgens een theekopje uit designpapier geponst en met paper Glaze bewerkt en daar bovenop geplakt. Heel eenvoudig maar toch weer eens iets anders. ;)
De vorm van de kaart heb ik met de Nestebilitie uitgeponst. Ook de binnenkant heb ik weer eens gedaan. ;)

This week the theme at Creative Cowgirls Challenge is Mothers Day and we are sponsord by Prairy Fairy. All DT members where given a image to work with. I got Little Miss Mousy, so cute. :)
I kept my card neutral so I could  use it for other occasions as well. ;) I made the flower with ribbon en cut out a thee cup out of designpaper and put paper Glaze on top of it. When it was dry I attached it to the flower. Very simple, but something different. ;)
I cut out the shape of my card with a Nestebilitie die. I also decorated the inside again. ;)

Dat is de Challenge bij Delightful Challenges. Ik heb de afbeelding 3x uitgeprint en 2x op designpapier, de auto heb ik uitgeknipt en op de afbeelding geplakt, net als het grijze gedeelte boven de wielen en de rook die uit de uitlaat komt. Die laatste 2 heb ik nog ingekleurd met mijn copics.
Ook de postzegel stempels heb ik op designpapier uitgeprint en de randjes vervolgens met copics ingekleurd om wat meer accent op de postzegels te leggen.
De vlinders, gras en het hekje heb ik geponst en ook ingekleurd met de copcis stiften. Wel handig als het designpapier zo licht is dat je die aan kan passen in de keluren die je wilt. ;)

That is the Challenge at Delightful Challenges. I printed the image out 3 times and 2 times out of designpapers, I cut out the car and the grey above the wheels and the smook that's coming out of the car. The last two parts I colured with my copics.
I also printed the postage stamps out of designpaper and coloured the edges with copics for accents.
The butterfly's, grass and the fence I punched out with my dies and also coloured them with my copics.
That's the nice thing when your designpapers are light so you can colour them in the color you want. ;)
