Voor de verandering heb ik de Penny Black stempels weer eens tevoorschijn gehaald. Dat was lang geleden dat ik daarmee een kaartje gemaakt hebt en het was heerlijk kleuren met die kikkers. Is het geen leuk stel zo bijelkaar? ;)

For my card I used my Penny Black stamps. It was a long time ago that I used them and I loved colouring these frogs. Ain't they a cute 3some?;)

A Sisters Hope challenge 2 juli

De tijd gaat snel en het is alweer tijd voor de 2e Challenge van Juli. Dit keer weer een kleuren Challenge, en de opdracht is gebruik de kleuren blauw/oranje/wit. Het werd weer eens tijd worden om de ponsen van Martha Stewart  "Punch Around The Page" tevoorschijn te halen. Dat geeft toch elke keer weer een leuk effect. Dit afdrukje van Sugar Nellie heb ik ooit eens gekregen en die wou ik graag voor mijn kaartje gebruiken. Verder is het eigenlijk een heel simpel kaartje. De borderrand aan de binnenkant van de kaart heb ik gemaakt met een borderstans van Fiskars. Eigenlijk is het patroon een halve bloemen rand, maar als je een strook knipt van 3 cm en dan aan beide zijde de rand stanst komt deze bloenenrand tevoorschijn. Wel opletten dat je op dezelfde hoogte stanst. ;) De grote blauwe gestippelde bloem heb ik met lint gemaakt. Is weer een keer iets anders.

Time goes fast and it's time for the second Challenge. This time it's a colour Challenge and we have to use the colours bleu/orange/white. I liked to use the borderpunch from Martha Stewart "Punch Around The Page". I love the effecht it gives on the card. This image from Sugar Nellie was given to me and I loved to play with it. I kept the card simple. The border on the inside of the card I made with my Fiskars border punch. When you cut a stroke from 3 cm and punch both sides ( be sure to punch on the same spot on both sides ) you get this lovely border. Original the punch border is a half flower. ;) The big blue flower with the white dots I made out of ribbon. I loved to do something different for a change.

De borderrand heb ik op de achterkant ook  terug laten komen. ;) I also made the same border on the backside of the card.

At the Beach

At The Beach

Het thema van Delightful Challenges is "at the Beach"  oftewel  "op het strand met gebruik van de volgende kleuren. Ik kon geen designpapier in mijn voorraad vinden dus werd het alleen Cardstock die ik door de Cuttlebug gehaald hebt. Zo krijgt het meer accent en is het minder saai. ;)

The theme of Delightful Challenges is "at the Beach"  and you have to use the following colours. I couldn't find designpaper in my stash with these colours, so I only used Cardstock that I embossed with the Cuttlebug for more accents, so it wouldn't look that boring. ;)

Voor mijn kaartje heb ik gebruik gemaakt van "Elvin the Toad" and "Elvin the Toad Background". Voor een extra accent vondt ik het leuk om de randen van de kaart te borduren. Het kikker hangertje wat ik nog had paste er ook helemaal bij. Het is een heerlijk vrolijk kaartje geworden met die kleuren. :))

For my card I  used "Elvin the Toad" and  "Elvin the Toad Background". For a extra accent I embroidered the edges of the card. In my supplies I found this frog charm that is perfect for this card. It's a cheerful card with these colours, don't you think? :))

Challenge DZDoodles on PCP

Challenge DZDoodles on PCP and a Freeby

De nieuwe challenge staat er alweer op bij DZDoodles op onze groep op Paper Craft Planet. De challenge is om een Gate Fold Card te maken. En dit is mijn kaartje geworden.
Voor degen die willen weten hoe je zo'n kaart maakt is hier een tutorial die ik op internet gevonden hebt. Als je zin en tijd hebt doe dan gezellig mee en je maakt kans op het winnen van een afbeelding van DZDoodles naar keuze. :)) Je hebt dan tot 28 Juli de tijd om je kaart in te leveren en je moet wel een afbeelding van DZDoodles gebruiken. Er  is ook  een leuke freeby die tijdelijk te downloaden is. Zodra de challenge over is , is de Freeby weg. Dus wees er snel bij. ;)

For the ones who like to know how to make a Gate Fold Card is here a tutorial that I found on the internet. If you like it and have the time why don't you join us and you have a chance of winning a image from DZDoodles of your choice. :)) You have untill Juli 28 to enter your card and you must use a image from DZDoodles. There is also a Freeby that you can download, but when the challenge is over the Freeby will be gone. So hurry and grab it while you can. ;)

Dit is een van de kaartjes die ik in de vakantie gemaakt hebt in Frankrijk. Ik heb wat afbeeldingen uitgeprint en meegenomen. De stempels van Sassy Cheryl's Designs zijn ook helemaal geweldig en ik kon het dus ook niet laten om deze te gebruiken. ;) Zeg nou zelf zijn het geen droppies?

This is one of the cards that I made on my vacation in France. I printed some images out and took them with me. I love the stamps from Sassy Cheryl's Designs and wanted to make a card with them.  ;) And they cute?

De binnenkant heb ik ook gedaan en daar heb ik nog een van haar leuke stempels gebruikt. ;)
I also did the inside and used one of her images again. ;)

Dutch Card Lovers Challenge

Met ons 1 jarig bestaan hebben de mensen die in de Top 3 kwamen ook een prijs gewonnen om 2 weken als Gastdesigner mee te draaien bij ons. Vorige week mocht Katty de spits afbijten en voor deze week mocht zij de challenge verzinnen voor ons. En deze leuke sketch heeft zij gemaakt. :))

With our 1 year Anniversery the girls on the Top 3 won a Guestdesignership for 2 weeks. Last week Katty was the first one to join us and for this week she challenged us with this great sketch. :))

En dit is mijn uitwerking geworden. Ik heb hier een digitale afbeelding gebruikt van Anne Bodils Scrappeverden. Zij heeft hele leuke gratis te downloaden digi stempels op haar side staan. En dit vondt ik zo'n lieverd daar moest ik iets mee doen. :)) Bedankt Anne. :))
